VIBRATING SCREEN: HOW IT WORKS
The machine is used to separate pellets of different sizes. When pelletising polymers, it is important to obtain pellets of a strictly defined fraction, in accordance with the requirements of the customer. Effectively sorted pellets have a higher bulk density and are ready for further processing.
This is how it works:
pelletized raw material is fed to the surface of the screen plate;
due to oscillatory movements, it moves along a predetermined path;
during vibration, large pellets are separated from smaller ones;
fractions that separated during sieving, fall through the gutter into the receiving tank.
The use of vibrating tables for polymers prepares the material of the same size for further processing.
When choosing a machine, pay attention to it's overall dimensions and the ability to quickly replace the screening plates with those of different configurations. Our experts will guide you through when choosing the suitable option for your business.
