The automatic flocculant dosing station is set up at enterprises that process films and polymer waste. The unit is used when it is required to purify industrial water from impurities, if contamination cannot be removed by a mechanical method, namely filtration. Chemicals speed up liquid cleaning process. Extraneous matter quickly clump and agglomerations - large flakes-clumps are formed that settle under the weight of its own.


Two- or three-section models are used for reagents dosing. The first option differs in size and horizontal position. Three-section units have three chambers: for closuring, ripening and accumulation of the solutions resulted.

The efficiency both is the same. Two-section flocculant solution preparing unit has an alternative as vertical version where ripening blend container is located above the supply tank.

How dispenser works:

  • The dissolution and maturation chambers are united into a total hydraulic system. The dry matter solution is prepared in them.

  • A certain amount of liquid and powder agent are served into dissolving tank to create a request concentration mixture. Volumes depend on the concentration needed.

  • The control and regulatory equipment system fitted with flocculant preparation and dosing unit supplies industrial water.

  • Level sensor determines the delivery time of dry flocculant with the water to the collection tank.

  • Mixing devices are activated at the dissolution and ripening tank. The process is taken place at the same time liquid supply.

  • The next cycle of mixture creating starts after the level of solution drops up to 50% at the selection chamber.
