FEATURES OF THE LAMELLA CLARIFIER:
A settling tank with thin-walled lamellas- a metal structure designed for purification of water which contains suspended solids of different sizes. The equipment is used for sedimentation of chemically related contaminants and to remove sludge from the sedimentation clarifier into the dewatering system.
GRANGARO offers a horizontal separator which is successfully used in plastic waste recycling enterprises. High production output (up to 60 m3/h) enables the shortening of the waste water treatment cycle, optimizing production time.
This machine has an automatic sludge removal system, which ensures uninterrupted and continuous operation. The automatic flotate removal system significantly improves efficiency and cleaning quality.
HOW IT WORKS
Sedimentation happens in several stages:
liquid is supplied into the clarifier's feeding pocket;
the arrangement of the thin-walled modules is such that it allows you to organize a counter-current flow pattern of sediment and water;
the settling tank is completely covered with honeycomb blocks which hold back suspended solids in the liquid, the solids is then moved into a special compartment.
The lamella separator is made of stainless steel, which is corrosion resistant. The well- thought out design enables the separator perform its function. The thin-walled modules have inclined surfaces which directs large and small debris into the tank.
The sediment collected in the lower part of the unit is removed by pipeline and a screw pump. After this stage, treated waste water enters the clarified liquid unit through a gear device. The liquid flows by gravity to the pipeline for reuse.
