HIGH INTENSITY WASHING CENTRIFUGE FOR CRUSHED POLYMERS

Designed for intensive frictional washing of crushed polymer materials (film and rigid plastics) in plastic waste washing lines.
The powerful centrifugal action of a specially configured rotor inside the perforated drum allows for maximum cleaning effect for any processed material.

Production output from 300 to 1500 kg/h. It is successfully used for washing both film and solid raw materials, including PET bottles.
Water supply inside of the washing drum along the entire length allows more thorough cleaning of the material.
Round and octagonal mesh drums depending on the stage at which the centrifuge is applied and the material to be processed
Specially designed trap allows automatic non-stop removal of sand, which significantly reduces the load on the water treatment system
Convenient automatic control – touch-screen panel screen and PLC

The polymer washing and dehydrating centrifuge gets off moisture from plastic waste. The system removes liquid from both the surface and structure of processed raw material. It is suitable for mechanical dehydration of hard plastics and films. Can be incorporated into any washing line.

ADVANTAGES AND WORKING PRINCIPLE

The industrial machines of this type are designed for dewatering, cleaning crushed plastic, PET, woven and non- woven material and films. These machines are actively used in enterprises engaged in polymeric waste recycling. Advantages:

In one cycle, the dehydrating centrifuge cleans and gets rid moisture off processed raw material. The machine is automated. This is how it works:

Shredded plastic waste is loaded through the feeding window into the centrifuge by screw a conveyor.
Raw material is immediately subjected to impact from the powerful rotor.
Centrifugal force pushes dirt, excess moisture through the octagonal mesh.
Screw containers carry water and dirt away from the equipment.
Cleaned and de-watered polymeric waste is unloaded through the emptying window and transferred to the temporary storage bin. If necessary, intensive drying is carried out.

The screen through which industrial water and dirt is discharged is cleaned automatically.
