To remove debris from industrial water, a self-cleaning filter is used for fine filtration of drinking or tap water. After passing all stages, it is reused in the process.

PARAMETERS OF THE FILTERING ELEMENT

Eliminates rust, scale or sand particles from industrial water. Reusing piped water reduces production costs. Filter elements do not eliminate biological, radiation and chemical impurities, therefore several systems are used. In water treatment lines, a preliminary filter is used to trap large particles.

The fine water filter that is used for the water supply is mounted in front of each water intake point. Machines are selected taking into account the degree of liquid contamination. You can reduce production costs if you use the built-in automatic filter cleaning system. Replacement of filters is not required, downtime due to machine maintenance is not experienced.

The equipment has a wide area of application. The devices filters off the following from waste water:

The fine water filter used in water treatment lines is compact in size. Its casing is made of stainless steel or transparent plastic. Equipped with two outlets. One for feeding, the other is for draining off filtered liquid. Filtering elements are placed inside the device. Filters are successfully used at plastic waste and polymer recycling plants.
