Drum screen for the filtration of waste water with large amount of suspended solids

Drum screen is one of the machines in waste water treatment systems designed to remove suspended solids from wastewater.
Used for pretreatment of wastewater in small and medium-sized wastewater treatment plants.
Automatically, continuously and efficiently removes suspended solids. /p>

Depending on the nature of wastewater and the amount of suspended solids, from 30 to 60% of large and small inclusions of organic and inorganic origin are removed, which significantly reduces the load on all subsequent stages of water treatment.
Simple and reliable design. All parts are made of stainless steel AISI 304. Compact design, small footprint.
The drum filter element is made of wedge wire and has excellent hydraulic performance. In addition, this screen unit is more wear-resistant than other types of filter elements.
Does not require operator presence. The solids are discharged automatically. Continuous treatment allows reuse of up to 95% of water, which significantly reduces the costs of the entire complex. It is only necessary to observe and periodically remove the filtered and collected contaminants.
Mobility. If necessary, it can be easily reinstalled to another place.
