Recycling of heavily contaminated post-consumer plastic waste is real challenge and REQUIRES outstanding performance of machines and technology Our washing lines are able to process raw materials with a high content of foreign contaminants such as organics, sand and chemicals. For effective and fast removal of oil and sand, specialized equipment and technologies are used. Recycled water undergoes multi-stage treatment and is reused repeatedly. A washing line and a water treatment system operate in a single coordinated complex and can solve such problems as cleaning raw materials from pesticides, herbicides, cellulose fibers, dissolved labels, glue, dyes and other heterogeneous chemically active substances, residues of which are in processed materials.
